At iMath, we take your privacy and your child's data security very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide our educational services, including: Parent name, student name and age, phone number (for WhatsApp contact), email address, and timezone.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this data to organize trial sessions, personalize the student's curriculum, and communicate with you regarding session schedules and monthly reports.
3. Data Protection
Your data is stored securely using modern encryption technologies. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Free Assessments
If you take our free Personality or Level assessment, we also store the answers, the results and the details you enter: parent name, email and phone number, and the child's name, date of birth or age, and gender. We use them to show your results and to contact you about a free trial. The results are educational snapshots, not psychological or clinical evaluations. Your progress is also kept in your own browser for 30 days so you can continue later; clear your browser data to remove it. To have your assessment data deleted, email us at imath.edu.eg@gmail.com.
